SHIPPING & HANDLING INFORMATION

Shipping & handling charges for the majority of Gardman USA (formerly Rainbow Garden Products) are 27% of the product totals. Some items, indicated on the website, will be charged at "OVERSIZE" rates... small items may be shipped via UPS 3 day service (fits in their envelopes - for example, Hi-Lows), consequently the delivery charges may vary.

Oversized items (marked) will NOT be charged shipping/delivery fees at checkout of internet order. Once item has shipped from warehouse, we will contact you to secure shipping charges.

All merchandise is shipped UPS Ground service.

During peak season (March - September) shipping is approximately 4 weeks (business days only, Monday-Friday) from date of order. All product ships from Kennesaw Georgia.

Expedited delivery - Please contact us on our toll free number 888.892.7279 or email us and we will take your order directly. Delivery charges may be posted against your credit card at time of actual delivery.

Metro Atlanta customers may save delivery charges and arrange for pickup at the warehouse... please inform us at the time of order.
